U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Erin Wilkins, a squadron
Summary
U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt. Erin Wilkins, a squadron aviation resource manager with the 128th Airborne Command and Control Squadron, Georgia Air National Guard, verifies paperwork for the crew members boarding an E-8C Joint STARS for a routine training mission at Robins Air Force Base, Ga., March 21, 2019. More than 50 percent of the crew and operators were female on this mission -- an intentional scheduling in honor of Women's History Month 2019. The SARM tracks about 500 taskings on average for every training mission. (U.S. Air National Guard photo by Tech. Sgt. Nancy Goldberger)
