150305-N-DX698-021 PEARL HARBOR (March 5, 2015) Cmdr. Matthew H. Hall, commanding officer of guided-missile destroyer USS John Paul Jones (DDG 53), greets Adm. Samuel J. Locklear, commander of U.S. Pacific Command (PACOM). Locklear received an in-depth tour of the ship, with emphasis on the development of the Aegis Baseline 9.C1 and the advanced capabilities it brings to the PACOM area of responsibility.
