{160907-N-VC432-003} CARTAGENA, Colombia (Sep. 7, 2016)- The first day of work for the Construction Engagement Team consists of clearing brush and leveling a spot for the foundation of a latrine project as part of Southern Partnership Station 2016 (SPS-16). The project will consist of a single building with a shower stalls and toilets that will serve the Cabildo Indigena Zenu community in Colombia. SPS16 is an annual deployment of U.S. ships to the U.S. Southern Command's area of responsibility in the Caribbean and Latin America.
