OKLAHOMA CITY (Sept. 19, 2017) Sailors assigned to Navy Operational Support Center Oklahoma City and the USS Constitution honor Legalman 1st Class Kimberly Kay Clark during a wreath laying ceremony at the Oklahoma City National Memorial and Museum as part of Navy Week Oklahoma City. A Navy Reservist, Clark was among the 168 killed April 19, 1995 during the Oklahoma City bombing. Navy Week programs serve as the principal outreach effort into areas of the country without a significant Navy presence, helping Americans understand that their Navy is deployed around the world, around the clock, ready to defend America at all times.
