190920-N-WF272-1012 PHILADELPHIA (Sept. 20, 2019) Sailors, assigned to Navy Recruiting District Philadelphia, participate in a group physical training at the Philadelphia Navy Yard as part of the Sailor 360 program. Sailor 360 is a developing program teaching and inspiring deckplate leadership fundamentals among all enlisted ranks. NRD Philadelphia encompasses regions of Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware and Maryland, providing recruiting services from more than 30 recruiting stations with the overall goal of attracting the highest quality candidates to ensure the ongoing success of America’s Navy.
