The pilot course, “Conducting Navy Housing Inspections,” was offered by Commander, Navy Installations Command’s (CNIC) Housing Learning Center to equip inspectors with the knowledge and skills needed to provide high quality housing services to Sailors and their families. Many of the inaugural students are seasoned inspectors chosen to provide feedback to help instructors evaluate and improve the course. The Defense Visual Information Distribution Service provides a connection between world media and the American military personnel serving at home and abroad. All of these materials are preserved because they are important to the workings of Government, have long-term research worth, or provide information of value to citizens.
