Description: Sequence of photos (004 thru 051) depicting the deployement of the Satellite Business System (SBS)-D communications satellite by the STS-41D crew. The cylindrical satellite spins and rises from its protective shield in the space shuttle payload bay. Behind it is another, closed protective cradle for the Syncom IV satellite. The Earth's surface can be seen to the left of the frame.
