7th Comm celebrates friendship with nursing home

Clients and residents of the daycare services observe and listen to the music played by the III Marine Expeditionary Force Band during the 20th anniversary ceremony and festival at Hikariga-Oka nursing home, Kin Town, Okinawa, Japan Sept. 8. The III MEF Band provides a few melodies as a way to contribute to the ceremony. The ceremony was held as a way to express the long-lasting relationship maintained during the many outreach events between the battalion and the nursing home in past years. Marines with the band are part of III MEF.
