A Facilities Protection Service (FPS) instructor reads the results of the exams to some of the first twenty-nine Iraqi women in Iraqs Ministry of Water Resources to be trained as FPS guards after completing a three-day training course taught by Iraqi FPS officers. Their training included sessions on ethics, standards of professionalism, search and seizure, and weapons familiarization. The women will serve alongside male counterparts guarding buildings, dams, and other ministry facilities. The classes are taking place during Operation IRAQI FREEDOM
