A flight bag and jacket wait to be loaded aboard an E-3 Sentry Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS) aircraft. The aircraft is being prepared for a mission over Turkey in support of the operation. The operation is a security mission to enforce the United Nations no-fly zone north of the 36 degree parallel from Iraqi air and ground incursion.
