A member of Charlie Company 210th Forward Support Battalion, 10th Mountain Division, Fort Drum, New York, back to camera, attends to a head wound on a Somali man that was in a car accident just outside Baledogle. Eight Somalis, involved in the accident (not shown), were rushed to the Aid Station. Four of the most serious were treated, stabilized and then Medevac to Mogadishu. The mission by medical personnel is in direct support of Operation Restore Hope
