A political poster was glued to several of the barriers in front of the Implementation Forces Headquarters. During the days leading up to the national elections of Bosnia and Herzegovina, people were free to attach posters such as this to any available vacant wall, pole, or in this case, tank barrier, thanks in part to Operation JOINT ENDEAVOR. Election day was what some officials termed "boring" since voting was very peaceful
