A U.S. Air Force pararescueman, part of the Guardian
Summary
A U.S. Air Force pararescueman, part of the Guardian Angel Team assigned to the 83rd Expeditionary Rescue Squadron, uses a saw to remove a door during vehicle extraction training at Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan, March 16, 2018. The Air Force Guardian Angel team conducted the exercise to build teamwork, develop standard operating procedures for different vehicles, gain hands on familiarity with equipment during their assigned roles, and to try out new procedures as they provide joint personnel recovery capability, aiding in the delivery of decisive airpower for U.S. Central Command.
