A US Air Force (USAF) EC-130E Command Solo aircraft Number 63-7828 from the 193rd Special Operations Wing (SOW), Pennsylvania Air National Guard (ANG) on the flight line at Middletown, Pennsylvania (PA). The Command Solo aircraft is being decommissioned after having acquired the highest number of flying hours in the fleet and will surpass 28,000 flying hours on its final flight. The 193rd SOW will transition to the new EC-130J Command Solo II aircraft. The aircraft bears the signature of many of its former and present crew chiefs in honor of its retirement
