A US Marine M998 High-Mobility Multipurpose Wheeled Vehicle (HMMWV) and two M54 Series 5-ton Cargo Trucks. The vehicles are parked on a Mogadishu street and are cordoned off with white tapes. Several locals have gathered around the circumference of the tape. This are has become a walk-in medical and dental clinic for the residents of the capital city. Medical personnel from the Expeditionary Unit, Service Support Group 15, Camp Pendleton, California conducted medical civic action program. This mission is in direct support of Operation Restore Hope
