A view of a residential area destroyed by heavy rains, with some areas receiving as much as 18 inches in a 24-hour period in Boulder, Colo., Sept. 14, 2013. U.S. Soldiers with the 2nd General Support Aviation Battalion, 4th Combat Aviation Brigade, 4th Infantry Division, assisted state and local emergency response efforts under the Immediate Response Authority.
