Afghan National Army Command Sgt. Maj. Kafayatullah, 205th Corps command sergeant major, walks alongside the platoon sergeant in the traditional manner of handing over command of the platoon at the 2nd Brigade, 205th Corps ANA Non-commissioned Officer Academy on Forward Operating Base Eagle in Zabul province Jan. 10. Kafayatullah, along with other Afghan, U.S. and Australian enlisted leaders, visited the academy to see the progress being made by ANA soldiers during their four-week course. Students are distinguished by their bright green armbands, while the cadre wears bright blue.
