After 29 years of devoted service to the Fleet, Warrant Officer (WO) Terry Harris, USN, is one of the first seventeen Sailors selected for the Navy's newest pay grade, CHIEF Warrant Officer Five (CWO5). CWO5 Harris is assigned to the Center for Navy Ordnance Disposal and Diving in Naval Support Activity (NSA) Panama City, Florida (FL). The program started as a way of keeping the best Sailors in the Navy rather that losing them to the civilian sector. The goal is to have 86 CWO5s before the end of 2007 and limited to only five percent of the Navy's total number of warrant officers
