American hostage Edward Austin Tracy is evaluated by U.S. Army COL William Cline, a psychiatrist from the 130th Station Hospital, Heidelberg, Germany, after boarding a U.S. Air Force C-141B Starlifter bound for Rhein-Main Air Base, Germany. Tracy was just released after more than five year's captivity in Lebanon. A U.S. Air Force aircrew from the 438th Military Airlift Wing, Travis Air Force Base, California, and personnel from the 2nd Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, Rhein-Main, are participating in Tracy's transport.
