Hall of Boston, Mass., at her desk in Red Cross Headquarters, 40 Grosvenor Gardens, London, England. Miss Hall, who now has charge of all the American Red Cross nurses in the British Isles, had charge of the so-called Harvard Unit, which arrived in London in 1917 and was transferred to take over a large base hospital in the British Army zone in France.
