An elderly gentleman pleas with the gate guard of the Rima ice factory to let him pass through ahead of everyone else waiting to buy ice. The man is a diabetic and has severe pains in his legs and is unable to stand in line. The demand for ice is so great that the owner of this factory has limited the sale of ice to one bag per person. The Rima ice factory is one of three in the local area which is currently working with the US Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to provide ice for the local communities hit by the devastating winds of Hurricane George
