An Iraqi translator from the Iraqi Civil Defense Corps (ICDC) and a US Army (USA) Soldier, Alpha Company (A CO) 2-6 Infantry Division (ID), question an Iraqi inside the Monther Al Shawi Mosque, in the Salhiya neighborhood, during a search for Imam Adris Omar during Operation IRAQI FREEDOM. Due to prior statements against Coalition Forces, Imam Adris Omar is in violation of Coalition Provisional Authority's public notice regarding public incitement to violence and disorder dated June 5, 2003. The notice states: anyone making a prohibited pronouncement in public place will be subject to immediate detention by Coalition Provisional Authority security forces
