Anniston, Ala., April 24, 2014 -- Kathy Semones, a patient care manager at University of Kentucky, calls out orders during the Integrated Capstone Event (ICE) in the emergency department at the Center for Domestic Preparedness in Anniston, Ala. Approximately 80 healthcare professionals and emergency responders, representing eight of the 13 regional coalitions trained at the CDP's Noble Training Facility and the Advanced Responder Training Complex.
