Gerardo Medrano, a para-cyclist gold medalist, speaks about his experience after sustaining injuries during deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom to Soldiers and attendees at the Warrior Care Month Kickoff Nov. 1, 2018, at the Soldier and Family Assistance Center at Fort Carson, Colorado. The U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) was established in 1934 by President Franklin Roosevelt.
