Artists - Gutzon Borglum, the famous sculptor, who after an investigation in the delay in constructing aircraft for our forces in France, made charges that graft, profiteering, pro-Germanism and inefficiency were responsible for the delay. The War Department and the Department of Justice started investigations. Borglum's charges created a sesation in Government circles
