As a sign of respect and discipline, Polish army cadets of Kalisz Pomorskie Secondary School stand in formation during a ceremony honoring the victims of 9/11 terrorist attacks in Kalisz Pomorskie, Poland, Sept. 11. The 173rd Airborne Brigade has partnered with local teachers, fire fighters, veterans and Polish army paratroopers while serving in Operation Atlantic Resolve, a series of combined training missions in Poland, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania dedicated to demonstrating commitment to NATO obligations and maintaining interoperability with allied forces.
