Atlantic Highlands, N.J., June 18, 2013 --One of nine storm battered piers in the Atlantic Highlands Marina has been rebuilt and is now operational after Hurricane Sandy left them beyond repair last fall. The Federal Emergency Management Agency is to reimburse 75 percent of the rebuilding cost and ongoing construction to replace the other piers in the harbor will continue through July.
