AIRMAN Hope and other members of the 43rd LS are made-up with realistic looking wounds, then emplaced on the flight line during simulated attacks to be found and cared for by exercise participants. Airmen and personnel from other support units of the 341st Missile Wing are participating in the 43rd Air Refueling Group's week-long exercise that includes a short notice deployment and how to operate in a combat environment.
