Perelshtyn is one of many acting interpreters involved with REGIONAL COOPERATION 2001. Regional Cooperation 2001 is a computer-assisted military exercise from July 17 to 28 at the Warrior Preparation Center (WPC) in Einsiedlerhof, Germany. The United States sponsors this multi-national operations exercise "in the spirit of" Partner for Peace for designated peacekeeping battalions of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan.
