Summary
BAGRAM AIRFIELD, AFGHANISTAN (Nov. 11, 2016) - U.S. Army Maj. Gen. John C. Thomson III, Michael Yambor, PFC Sarah Reschke, and Command Sgt. Maj. Maurice Jackson cut the ceremony cake during the U.S. Forces Afghanistan Veterans Day celebration. Thomson and Jackson are the airfield commander and senior enlisted advisor. Yambor is a Vietnam Veteran who currently works on the airfield as a civilian contractor; Thomson invited Yambor to be the celebration guest of honor.
