Bay Park, N.Y., March 20, 2014 -- The Bay Park Waste Water Treatment Plant was damaged by the storm surge from Hurricane Sandy. The engineering firm of Hazen and Sawyer is overseeing the reconstruction. Hazen and Sawyer VP Michael DiNicola (in red jacket) gave FEMA specialists a tour of the damages.
