Belmar, N.J., Feb. 4, 2013 -- Orange cones mark the edge of the construction area of the new Belmar boardwalk that will replace the original, which was destroyed by Hurricane Sandy in late October of 2012. All told, there will be a 1.3 mile boardwalk in Belmar that will provide tourists and residents a place to relax and enjoy the "new" Jersey shore. Photo by Sharon Karr/FEMA
