California Army National Guard leadership observe a military firepower demonstration of American and Ukrainian forces Sept. 20 in Yavoriv, Ukraine, in Rapid Trident 2019. Through the State Partnership Program, Ukraine is California’s European partner and the two allies share military relations annually.
