Capt. David Mann, intelligence officer, Headquarters and Headquarters Battalion, 101st Airborne Division (Air Assault), explains the rules for a table tennis tournament being held for service members who recently returned from Liberia in support of the U.S. Agency for International Development–led mission, Operation United Assistance, Joint Base Langley Eustis, Va., Jan. 10, 2015.
