The Pelham Bay Naval Training Camp had its first wedding when Grace Franklin, daughter of Commander and Mrs. William S. Frranklin, became the bride of Lieut. Wm. Murray Black, Jr., U.S.A., son of Major Gen. and Mrs. William Murray Black, Chief of engineers. Miss Franklin's father is commandant of the Pelham station. The Rev.
