Chief Master Sgt. Dan Conner, 142nd Maintenance Group, congratulates newly promoted Technical Sgt. Christopher Campbell following a ceremony held in his honor while deployed to Yellowknife, Northwest Territories, in support of Exercise Vigilant Shield 2017, Oct. 20, 2016.
