Col. Brad Owens, director of operations and planning for the South Carolina Army National Guard visits soldiers from the 742nd Support Maintenance Company, SCARNG, and gets a tour of the maintenance base from Lt. Col. José Forero, Baman base commander, Sept. 19, 2013, in Baman, Colombia. While Owens was on the base, Colombian military public affairs asked for an interview. With the help of Sgt.
