Col. Bradley Kohn, commander, 82nd Rear Operation Center, Oregon Army National Guard, and Maj. Eric Tan, a combat engineer officer with the 3rd Division, Singapore armed forces, enjoy tea time during a bilateral training exercise held at Pasir Laba Camp, Singapore July 18. The 30th Annual Tiger Balm Exercise, hosted this year by Singapore, will focus on the military decision making process while sharing knowledge and cultural experiences. The joint training exercise brings the Singapore army together with U.S. citizen-soldiers and citizen-airmen from Oregon, Washington and Hawaii. Col. Kohn is acting as the Executive Agent of the two-week exercise.
