Ishmail of the Afghan Uniformed Police and the deputy chief of police for Helmand province talks with coalition officials and Afghan National Security Forces partners during the Regional Command Southwest Counter Narcotics and Counter Threat Finance meeting aboard camp Leatherneck, Jan. 4.
