Summary
Command Sgt. Maj. Ronald Riling, the senior enlisted leader for U.S. Army Forces Command, addresses senior non-commissioned officers from across Joint Base Lewis-McChord Feb. 16, at Carey Theater during a two-day visit to JBLM – one of only a few FORSCOM-predominate Army installations in the world – to assess the quality of life among units and the concerns of both leaders and junior soldiers. Among many other pressing matters on which Riling spoke, he emphasized the importance of first sergeants in successfully making things happen in a unit and fairly assessing subordinates.
