Construction contractors and international aid workers tour a newly completed Ebola treatment unit built in support of Operation United Assistance with members of Joint Forces Command – United Assistance in Tappita, Liberia, Dec. 27, 2014. The ETU was undergoing its final inspection before handover to the international aid organization that will run it’s day-to-day operations. United Assistance is a Department of Defense operation to provide command and control, logistics, training and engineering support to U.S. Agency for International Development-led efforts to contain the Ebola virus outbreak in West African nations.
