Contracted workers prepare lumber to be used in site improvements at the Stabilization Force (SFOR) Ilidza compound. SFOR continuously makes improvements to the Ilidza compound to better accommodate the 1100 people, representing 29 countries of the SFOR contingent that are living and working on the compound in support of Operation JOINT GUARD. JOINT GUARD enforces the Dayton Peace Accords and with multi-national allies continues to monitor the militaries of the former warring factions and provides a climate of stability in the war-torn land of Bosnia-Herzegovina
