Cpt. Timothy Saccucci, 877th Engineer Battalion Chaplain, Alabama National Guard, greets the children of Cincu Primary School located in Cincu, Romania on May 18, 2016. Over the next several months, U.S. Army Europe, United States Army National Guard and Romanian Land Forces plan to deliver support for renovation and developmental projects and resources within local elementary and primary schools located in the neighboring villages of Cincu Training Range. These humanitarian, military funded efforts will provide underdeveloped communities the tools they need to offer the children and teachers educational progression opportunities that every child deserves for their future.
