Decommissioned Power Plant (DPP). This photograph shows Bering Sea Eccotech's excavation extent along the eastern end of the former DPP building at the listed time. Bering Sea Eccotech encountered significantly contaminated soil in this portion of the site from approximately 10 to 18 feet below ground surface.
