Estonian performers dance as the band plays, providing entertainment for participants of sports day during Baltic Challenge '97. Baltic Challenge '97 is a multinational exercise conducted in the spirit of NATO's Partnership for Peace (PfP) initiative. More than 2600 military personnel from Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Sweden, and the U.S.A., will participate in the second "in the spirit of PfP" land exercises conducted in the Baltic region.
