FLGOFF (Flying Officer) Melissa Dalby, 86th Wing (WG), Royal Australian Air Force, presents data for a new scenario to the squadron leaders of different countries during PACIFIC AIRLIFT RALLY 2001. PACIFIC AIRLIFT RALLY (PAR) is a PACAF-sponsored military airlift symposium for countries in the pacific region. PAR is held every two years and is hosted by a pacific nation. This year Andersen AFB, Guam is the host nation. The symposium includes informational seminars with area of expertise briefings, a command post exercise (CPX) which addresses military airlift support to a humanitarian airlift/disaster relief scenario, and a concurrent flying training program that builds upon the CPX scenario
