Four L-17 Navions from the Warbirds of America's Patriot Squadron conduct a formation flyover above the Bunker Hill monument and USS CONSITUTION during a Department of Defense (DoD) sponsored World War II (WWII) 60th Anniversary Commemoration ceremony at the Charlestown Navy Yard. The ceremony, the culmination to Boston Navy Week, honored all WWII veterans. Twenty such weeks are planned this year in cities throughout the US, arranged by the Navy Office of Community Outreach (NAVCO). NAVCO is a new unit tasked with enhancing the Navys brand image in areas with limited exposure to the Navy
