Cone, Army Training and Doctrine Command commander, and Newport News Mayor McKinley Price cut the ribbon officially opening the command’s new headquarters building located at Joint Base Langley-Eustis in Newport News, Va. The new 263,676 square foot building houses 1,260 employees and includes private office spaces, an auditorium as well as an emergency operations center for the command that is responsible for developing new training and doctrine procedures for the nation’s current and future soldiers.
