Tech Sgt. Angel Galindo, 9th Reconnaissance Wing contracting officer, prepares forms Oct. 31, 2018, at Tyndall Air Force Base, Fla. Galindo arrived to Tyndall from Beale Air Force Base in the wake of Hurricane Michael to assist the locally based 325th Contracting Squadron in their installation recovery efforts.
