A New Zealand soldier assigned to Task Group Taji observes an Iraqi soldier assigned to the 71st Iraqi Army Brigade fire an M240B machine gun at the rifle range at Camp Taji, Iraq, Oct. 14, 2015. The soldiers of Task Group Taji held the training for the Iraqi soldiers to become more comfortable with their newly issued weapons supplied by the Iraq Train and Equip Funding (ITEF) program. ITEF is being used to provide assis-tance to include training, equipment, logistical support, supplies, and services to military and other security forces of or associated with the Government of Iraq, including Kurdish and tribal security forces to counter the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant. The U.S. National Archives and Records Administration (NARA) was established in 1934 by President Franklin Roosevelt.
